Beautiful Spa only thing that would make it better would be more fresh towel stations and colder water in the chillers! That's being super picky though as this really is a very good spa. I will be back! Treatments were great and treatment room lovely. The sorbet after was a lovely touch! Facilities really are lovely!
Spa staff are extremely friendly and helpful and the facilities are nice and very clean. The range of heat experiences in the spa are excellent and lots of fun (aromatherapy steam room, sauna, ice rubs, range of shower types and salt infusion room).
A decent range of treatments in the spa. the 1 hour facial was excellent and the staff seem experienced and knowledgeable. Nice relaxation room to chillout in after treatment with drinks and a mini sorbet, which is a nice touch.
Have been here and few times and will definitely return.
Overall it was a lovely day however the afternoon tea in my opinion was very average and several of the sandwiches were soggy, which I wouldn’t have expected. Furthermore the day we went another offer came up for the Nere offering the package at £60.00 cheaper than I had paid so there was a slightly bitter taste in my mouth about that

Lovely atmosphere, overall a great spa. We had a light lunch in the bistro and then a relax by the pool for a few hours before our treatments. I enjoyed my 25min facial and my partner had a great 25min back massage. He turned to me at the end of our treatment and gave me 2 thumbs up so it must have been good!
Great spa, went on a weekday evening and the place was quiet. Had a sharing platter included. No one quite knew what it included. "Chefs choice" but we had a ton of food brought out (too much) and we had a great evening
