Everything about this place was fantastic, couldn't fault it at all. The only thing I was a tiny bit disappointed with was that the sauna was out of order during my visit but that didn't ruin the experience really, it was a lovely, relaxing place to chill out and enjoy yourself. The place is perfect. Great food, drink, spa and hotel. Staff really take care of you there. And its situated in a beautiful place with great views.

Spa facilities were excellent, especially the main pool and thermal rooms. Spa reception staff were not very helpful though, not very friendly upon entering and mixed up our bookings. My wife wanted to book extra treatments the next day, they said they were fully booked but they actually had space under our names which we didn't know about. Anyways, we missed out on the treatment slots, something about miscommunication between the hotel and spa. Actual hotel was great though!

I bought this treat for my daughter’s birthday and we had an absolutely lovely day and just wish we’d arrived first thing in the morning. The two treatments far exceeded my expectations, and I’ve had many similar ones in my time. The tea was delicious and bigger than we’d expected. We will definitely be going again.

We were thrilled that you were so accommodating when we were so late for our appointment. We'd got hopelessly lost trying to find the spa. Your staff were kind and friendly. We thought they were very professional too and lived the treatments we had booked. We were lucky enough to have chosen a quiet day so had all the spa activities to ourselves. My friend had never tried this before and she's hooked! As a coeliac, I was rather disappointed with the afternoon tea as both cakes were chocolate.
