Staff were a bit automated. The treatment rooms beautiful. However the spa facilities are tired. Broken tiles in most areas and a little grubby in places. Just needs some TLC.
This short break was booked the day before - very last minute! It was the best Spa break that I have had and the facial and attention to detail by the staff was excellent. Spa facilities and Gym were excellent too especially the outdoor jacuzzi.
Having arrived at the hotel to a slight hiccup of having a double room rather than a twin, the general manager Stewart was very quick to rectify our issues - thank you so much for your help Stewart.
