I had family bereavement and tried to rearrange. 2 members of staff were so lacking in compassion they refused to amend booking even when I offered to pay extra for weekend, Del said 'read the small print, nothing we can do, take it up with groupon' and hung up. Absolutely disgraceful! Then when I rang back to request email to confirm I had not used voucher I was told by Chris, booking manager that hes not surprised call ended badly will colleague Del as my attitude was very sharp'unbelievable!!

Very shabby. Changing rooms dirty. Male changing rooms up several flights of steps, so had to walk down dirty steps in bare feet as was not told to bring foot ware for spa. Overheard staff discussing personal information of a customer due to arrive at a specific time. No issue with masseur. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

Dirty spa and ripped robes. Both footwear but expected to walk out on courtyard to get to dining area in wet clothing. Treatment was pointless. Had one out of 2. Disappointing!

Individual treatments can also be booked, and extra treatments can be added or upgraded to our packages to totally personalise your pamper day experience.
