Lovely facilities - fitness centre has very new equipment; pool has lovely views through plate-glass walls; small sauna and steam rooms both very nice, as well. Went mid-week so not crowded at all. Plenty of lounge chairs, very clean changing rooms and public areas. Spa staff were very nice and deep tissue back and neck massage was great - a nice perk was the relaxation room to unwind in after the treatment. Only let down was the restaurant. Had tea and pastries at start of day and what was meant to be a quick lunch later, but both times service was unbelievably, excruciatingly slow - so much so that I suspect something was wrong in the kitchen. Sandwiches were very basic and overpriced for what they were. Tried politely complaining during half-hour wait for food, but couldn't find staff and when finally did find someone, they had no explanation. Such a shame because everything else was so nice. If you're spending a full spa day there, you have to eat at some point.
