I had a file and polish. Staff friendly enough however the nail technician was quiet slow. Then I had to wait 20/25 min for my nails to dry as there is no nail dryer! When I left my nails couldn't have bee. Dry properly as they chipped easily. The whole thing took 1 hour and if I went into lA nails they are so much quicker and a more polished job achieved. And they are cheaper!

Staff were lovey, my appointment was at 6.15 but they were running 20 minutes late, I was informed she would only be a "few" minutes. I feel like I could have been told more about my treatment, didn't get asked about how i'd like the shape of my brows, but thought I would trust her and they are nice, a little thin but they will grow back. However the wax has ripped my skin off my left brow and has scabbed over. Eye lashes are great I love them. My advice would be to be a little more informative.
