I have had many Nano Keratin Blow drys however this hasn’t worked .
As lovely as she was the stylist didn’t know what she was doing and constantly kept asking another colleague .
I paid full price for a trainee which isn’t ok .
If you are paying a smaller amount to help a trainee learn that’s fine .
However I paid full price .
I could ring back and complain but I don’t feel confident enough to go again.
