I booked and paid to have shellac hands and feet done. The therapist didn’t show up they apparently tried to contact me on a German number but did not try to email nor cancel the booking on Treatwell which I had paid for in full so I showed up at the salon only to be turned away the night before leaving to be the maid of honour at my best friends wedding. I am out of pocket and I am unable to find another appointment so last minute it’s a huge let down. I will not be returning to this establishment.
