I love this salon. Becky and all the girls are lovely and welcoming and I felt reassured in the covid climate. I am In the middle of chemo so my hair is really thinning and I'd had to cut a chunk out which was matted. Becky did a fantastic job of covering this and I feel so much better now. She even offered to open up on a Sunday for me. I can't recommend highly enough!

Wax was fantastic. Very efficient. Tonya is lovely and friendly. And most importantly was taking covid very seriously. She has reassured me she had cleaned all areas and was wearing a visor.
However when I entered the premises none of the staff members upstairs not a customer had masks on.
Was too shocked to say anything! Another customer came in just as shocked and had to remind the staff. I think the management need to take this very seriously-we are in Manchester and are currently tier 3!
