My skin felt like a baby,She answered my questions regarding the products and what they did etc,I had a giggle lovley girl and didn't rush you out once she had finished.I have given one star for value as it was a present and my first facial so nothing to compare it to,but overall it was fab.

The girl who did the massage was lovley,she informed me what she does as this was my first massage,she answerd my questions at the end also.The heated bed is amazing,lovley and clean,put one star for value as it was a gift and I can't compare.
