Couldn't have been a better experience. Great food, customer service and atmosphere. Would definitely recommend.
Took my wife for her becoming of age birthday (60). Was upgraded to a Suite that was furnished in classical Italian style with a gas fireplace. Very attentive staff. Also allowed a late check out without penalty. Highly recommend this hotel. Unfortunately they could not help with the English weather.

Beautiful hotel with fabulous customer service! The staff cannot do enough for you and really make you feel welcome. My Fiance requested something special as we were visiting for my 30th birthday and I was suprised with a bottle of bubbly and a yummy treat in the room on our arrival - such a lovely touch!
The food was delicious, there was wide variety on offer at breakfast & the room service was great.
We thoroughly enjoyed our weekend at Baglioni Hotel, a birthday I won't forget in a hurry!
