The treatment was amazing. Sylvia was so sweet and made sure we were comfortable. The spa was so clean and we had so much space and privacy when it came to use of the facilities. 100% going back.
From the moment we arrived at the hotel and were greeted getting out the taxi, to the moment we left, we were treated like royalty. The Baglioni staff were so extremely friendly and attentive. Nothing we asked for was too much trouble. The decor is beautiful, the food delicious and the Spa was so relaxing. I highly recommend the Baglioni and Brunello to any visitor to London. The views from our bedroom on the 5th floor were stunning and just a short stroll to Kensington High street. Wonderful!
