Had a wonderful afternoon with a group of friends,we booked spa and afternoon tea package for a 40th birthdaycelebration. The spa and hotel staff were all very friendly and welcoming. We thoroughly enjoyed our day.
The whole experience was great from start to finish. The massages were relaxing and the food was fantastic. The area where they really stand out is their customer service. From my first prospective email they were prompt in replying and eager to accommodate our requirements. I will definitely be returning for more treatments.
Sylvia provided a neck, back, shoulder massage with facial in the 5* Baglioni hotel for my Birthday treat! She was excellent and thorough. I asked for firm pressure and she removed knots I didn't even know existed. Very knowledgeable and professional, one of the best massages I have ever received! The products she used for my facial left me glowing all day and smooth even until now! Loved having the steam room to myself and relaxation room. All products smelled divine! Strongly recommend.
