The team at the Baglioni Spa were amazing - they were very kind, professional and nothing was too much trouble. I had mentioned on the booking that it was my wife's birthday, and they brought out a small chocolate pastry with a candle which was a really thoughtful touch - we would highly recommend to anyone wanting a relaxing spa experience!
Overall great experience for both me and my Mom, Sylvia was really friendly and pleasant. Very informative and the massage felt amazing, body felt light.
I had trapped a nerve in my neck and whilst I have a lot of massages in many different spas and countries I think this was the best I have ever had. Totally took on board my problem
