We had a nice time. However, we were told after our lunch that our massages had both been cut by 10 minutes due to overrunning at lunchtime. No one had approached us to tell us this and we were told out of the blue. We found the communication to be very poor as we would have finished lunch quicker if we had known! For a very expensive price we didn’t feel like we got enough!
Did this package in summer 2020 and it was amazing. A bit disappointing this time. Therapist gave a firm massage like I asked but did not feel unknotted or relaxed after. A bit painful next day. Afternoon tea pastries were good but sandwiches very meh. White bread like you get in a greasy spoon and fillings bland. Overall, not that great and not worth cost. Everyone was generally nice though and enjoyed hanging out with person I went with.
Excellent service, friendliness, very giving and caring. Checked up on us to make sure we were happy with our room and stay. Food was amazing, room was lovely and well kept, the spa was a little corner of heaven and really count have asked for more. Amazing
