The place was cosy and the staff very attentive. The afternoon tea was exquisite. Overall a very pleasant experience. No parking place though :(

The lunch was excellent and professionally catered. We then had the deep tissue massage; Asmaa was an excellent masseuse and the facilities were excellent; there was a private steam room for me and my partner and also access to the relaxation room. However, we were told that we would be collected from lunch at 2 30; nobody came and we were then told that because we overran at lunch our treatments were cut by 10 minutes. This was quite annoying but the 40 minutes that we did get were still good.
