Lovely staff and we felt very welcomed. However the spa facilities need expanding and refurbishment. The walls had clearly not been plastered/repainted in a very long time, yet I was expecting a 5 experience. I regularly spend time at spas and the facilities were disappointing in comparison. The afternoon tea was nice however, the waiter didn’t seat us in our requested booth even though it was empty the whole time we were there. The restaurant wasn’t busy at all.
