I came with my 83 year old mother. We first had a lovely lunch and was well looked after by the staff. Sylvia was very welcoming and had been informed in advance that she had broken her arm. Very good massage and a very nice and caring person. We had a great afternoon at the Baglioni spa ! Thank you
