Thank you for an amazing few hours. The spa and massage were excellent. Lovely staff who made it such a great experience. The afternoon tea was also lovely and again very polite staff

Baglioni Spa far exceeded our expectations. We had an entire changing room for our own personal use, including a steam room, showers, toilet, lots of towels and toiletries.
The massages were excellent, in a tranquil, peaceful room. The relaxation room was also wonderful, with tea and fruit supplied. Highly recommended!

I was given a voucher for this spa as a birthday present. Therapist was lovely and gave a good massage. There was no access to steam room and I only got to actually spend 2.30 hrs as booking was 3.30pm and Spa closed at 6. This was not explained at booking, This was not value for money at £120 per person.
I would not book here again.
