Spa allowed for private bathroom, changing room and steam room for me and my partner! The massage was excellent - both my partner and I really enjoyed.
The only area where they can improve is the booking process. We had a GC so needed to contact the spa directly and was very difficult to get a response - took us ~2-3 weeks to get the appointment.

I had such a lovely time at the Baglioni Spa for my birthday this past weekend.
All the staff were truly welcoming, helpful and pleasant.
From the hotel restaurant staff to the the lovely spa receptionist and my lovely masseuse (Lourdes)
My entire entire experience was such an wholesome one.
I'll definitely be coming back and will 100% recommend to friends and family.
Thanks for such a relaxing time.

I would never advice someone to go here. Firstly I booked for my husband to have a 50 min massage, this turned out to be 40 min. ( he was there on time)
Food was rubbish, bland, thin unappetising. Horrendous food.
In total doe a birthday present I spent £182, I should have gone to holiday inn.

Our first time here and we loved it. We had our own changing room and the privacy was wonderful! Nice relaxation room and the massage therapist was wonderful! All of the team members were helpful and friendly. Would highly recommend. We had the package with afternoon tea which was amazing value!
