Shamanic Healing

Shamanic Healing sessions take place in a warm, nurturing room where you are fully held and supported. Together, we explore what needs attention, open ceremony, and work with spirit to heal the essence of who you are. A session may include power retrieval, entity or attachment removal, dissolving contracts or hexes, soul retrieval, chakra clearing and rebalancing, past‑life healing, trauma work, ancestral healing, and other techniques depending on your needs. These sessions take place deeply held in a safe space, ensuring your comfort to release and relax fully into the experience. You leave feeling lighter, clearer, and deeply replenished — this is profound soul work, held with care and compassion.

Reiki

Reiki is a gentle yet powerful energy‑healing practice that supports emotional balance, relaxation, and energetic alignment. During your session, universal life force energy is channeled to clear blockages, soothe the nervous system, and restore harmony throughout your body and energy field. Reiki offers a calming, restorative experience that helps you reconnect with inner peace and leave feeling grounded, refreshed, and renewed.

Cacao Ceremonies

I offer cacao ceremonies for individuals or groups of four or more. These heart‑opening sessions create space for emotional release, grounding, connection, and gentle inner exploration. Cacao supports you in softening into yourself, deepening intuition, and reconnecting with your inner wisdom.

Hapé Ceremonies

Hapé ceremonies are available as a standalone experience or woven into your wider healing journey. This sacred plant medicine helps clear mental fog, release stagnant energy, ground the body, and open the energetic pathways for deeper healing.

Sound Healing

Sound healing sessions are available one‑to‑one or for groups of four or more. I use a combination of gong, crystal bowls, Tibetan bowls, healing percussion instruments, and more to create therapeutic sound frequencies that calm the nervous system, release energetic blockages, and guide you into deep relaxation and inner stillness.
