I had shamanic healing and reiki carried out by Alison yesterday. What a lovely treatment. Alison was very down to earth and friendly. She also has great knowledge and very interesting to talk to.
I had initially booked in cause i was feeling abit drained and stressed. During the treatment i could feel like a heaviness in my throat and chest. After it i felt happy and relaxed. I also slept well. Even today i still feel good, calm and peaceful. Would highly recommend 🙂

This was my first experience of Reiki, I felt incredibly comfortable throughout and left feeling energised and revitalised. Alison was knowledgeable, generous and it felt like she read me like a book - I will definitely be back!
