I have over 35 years experience as a massage therapist and specialise in Deep tissue, sports, remedial massage and Lymphatic Drainage. I am also a trained counsellor and Somatic Experiencing practitioner. I created the Somatic Therapies Centre as a place of calm and peace to support your wellness journey with comprehensive care for body, mind, and spirit. I am passionate about delivering high-quality, client-centred care, helping individuals reconnect with their bodies, alleviate discomfort, and return to the activities they cherish. I believe that every client deserves a treatment uniquely tailored to their needs, whether they are seeking recovery from physical strain, stress relief, or simply a peaceful space to unwind. By blending technical proficiency with an intuitive approach, I cultivate a supportive and welcoming atmosphere where individuals feel listened to, appreciated, and cared for.
