I arrived for my treatment but the therapist was not there. Simply didn’t turn up. Let’s see if I get a refund - I was refused a refund at the venue, having been told that the therapist rents a room so it wasn’t their responsibility. The salon itself was very noisy- terrible setting for what was supposed to be a relaxing massage. I will never book there again.
Really good massage, one of the best. She has very positive energy, an engaging personality - and full of helpful advice. Clearly knows her stuff. Felt much better afterwards. Will return soon.
Amazing deep cleansing facial. Safiye was very thorough and my face felt clean & refreshed afterwards. Safiye even massaged my arms, shoulders, and head towards the end of the facial. Would highly recommend!
