Haven't managed to have a treatment in a while so going back was so lovely. Always does an amazing job with my eyebrows, they look so natural. As always the facials are just the bes, definitely recommend to anyone 😊

Can’t recommend Emese enough, she made me feel at ease from the start and is a genuinely lovely person! Very professional and knowledgeable, I’ll definitely be back. Emese clearly takes pride in her work and I’m really happy with the result! The chocolate at the end was a kind touch too ⭐️

It was my first time having a hollywood wax and getting it done professionally. As you know a wax can never be pain free but this was the best outcome I could of imagined. I would definitely recommend Eseme to anyone looking for a more comfortable atmosphere. This is a true gem in norwich.
