Emser was absolutely lovely. It was my first time getting the treatment and she was so comforting and explained all the steps involved very clearly. The process itself was not nearly as painful as I thought due to her caution and technique. Overall very wonderful experience.

I’m really happy with the service! My eyebrows were shaped beautifully, and the tint color turned out perfect natural but defined. The upper lip wax was quick and gentle, with minimal discomfort. The beautician was friendly, professional, and paid great attention to detail. Highly recommend!
