Amy is lovely, I was running 10 mins late and called to inform her and she was very kind. Didn't make me feel rushed or uncomfortable at all. The only downside to my experience was that when applying the gel polish to my nails some of it got onto my skin which then burned when it was put under the lamp. Since it wasn't applied as well the sides of my nailbeds weren't as neat as I would've expected, but given that I would still go back as Amy is very friendly and knowledgeable.
