Appt started 40 mins after scheduled time. Mgmt clearly can't organise a schedule, but has no problems wasting the time of clients on a Sunday. Therapist was nice enough, but in no way did I receive a deep tissue massage despite asking more than once for deeper pressure. I also asked for focus on hips and shoulders - she started the 1 hour massage w my legs. Go somewhere else.

I had a facial treatment and shoulder massage. I was surprised how bright my face glowed and moisturised after the treatment and it improved my acne on my lower chin. As for the shoulder massage, Melissa focused on releasing the knot on my shoulders. I never felt this relaxed and had a great sleep on that day.
