Have had a lot of facials and I have to say this was unfortunately one of the least enjoyable ones. The therapist, although well-meaning, very pleasant and professional, felt inexperienced as a facialist and a lot more heavy handed than I would have expected. I had also understood the description of the treatment to include a manual extraction - this was not the case and for the price, I feel this should be made more explicit from the outset. Cannot fault the venue for ambience though.
