I initially gave a low score following a below-par experience which did not appear to reflect the five star reviews on Treatwell that prompted me to book my appointment. The owner of the spa contacted me directly to explain that there had been several staff absences on the date of my visit which resulted in a chaotic environment. She offered to put things right and invited me to return for the same treatment that I had originally booked. Consequently, I returned and experienced an incredible massage and exfoliation treatment with Mary who was a highly skilled therapist: very thorough, knowledgeable and friendly. Having returned under different circumstances, I now understand why this spa has received such glowing reviews and I will almost certainly be back.
