The facial wasn’t exactly what I booked: the therapist explained that this type of facial can only be done if the same products were used for at least 3 weeks. However, the amended facial was really good. The therapist was lovely and explained why the treatment rooms are in a flat. It keeps the cost down and gives more freedom in terms of treatment times.
I enjoyed every second even though it was a bit painful at times. Can recommend and will be back!

This is my new favourite place for a facial, the staff are lovely and so helpful with choosing the right treatment for your skin concerns. I was having trouble with congested skin and Iman helped choose the right peel and talked through everything. They also squeezed in an appointment for me last minute, and were so lovely, would recommend to all!

Iman explained everything and was absolutely lovely. A tiny bit of redness but nothing major, numbing cream meant the treatment was painless, quite relaxing actually! The salon is an in-home beauty salon but don't be deterred - you're in for a great treatment experience. Will be back!
