First of all, I want to say that Fleur was great and her customer service was brilliant! The treatment was good too, it would have been a much better rating if I handn't picked up a price list at the end and saw that the treatment for which I paid £48+ via Treatwell was actually listed as being £45 at the salon. Now I don't know if Treatwell or Beauty Bars are to blame here but I definitely didn't get the stated 28% discounted price.... I instead seem to have paid more through Treatwell than the listed price at the salon. The salon website lists the treatment as £65, but their price list at the salon states it as £45. I only booked this appointment 2 days before so you would expect the prices to be the latest and accurate. Walking away feeling cheated (whether by Treatwell or the salon) is not a great feeling.
