Hi, I have been waxing back and arms for 4 years every other month. I have never experienced anything like this:
-my arms are full of bruises
-my skin is massively irritated and "broken"
-the was has not been done properly.
Besides, the type of wax was horrible. Very liquid, super sticky. I came back home with little pieces of wax on my skin.
I am very disappointed of this venue and I will never come back again.
