Absolutely Amazing!!! I initially went in for a facial thinking that’s what I needed for my skin condition but was told I needed the DermaPen treatment. I was talked through the procedure step by step and made to feel comfortable. They even had the plushiest blanket and a pillow to raise my feet (again absolutely amazing) I was not rushed or pushed into the alternative treatment but was just told what would be the best for my skin and the condition of it. I was even given a sandwich as I was hungry and had a few minutes until treatment time. That gesture alone touched my heart IMMEDIATELY. I instantly trusted them, I felt safe and like my best interest was at heart. I even forgot my card and was told that I could be invoiced but had Apple Pay set up on my phone (luckily) but the way things were handled was done with such professionalism. There was no attitude or rudeness because of my mistake.
