Had my first post-lockdown wax here after this spa changed management last year. The new team is super lovely & welcoming, and had great customer service skills (they offered me a drink & apologised for the slight wait). The spa is still being renovated so there were bits of unfinished decor (hence 4/5 for cleanliness) but you can tell that it’ll be looking really cute in no time and of course the wax treatment itself was 100% hygenic. Great value for money & super convenient. I’ll be back soon!
