The massaged was really relaxing and the therapist was lovely but I had asked for focus on my shoulders after cricking my neck sleeping badly and I don't feel like this was an area worked on properly with not much varying pressure.
Great massage if you were looking to relax but doesn't hit the nail on the head if you've got knots to work out!
