This was a last-minute booking and I really enjoyed this facial, I was given a bespoke facial and had each step explained to me as it happened, with warnings about noises and sensations as different steps began (I think this is really great in terms of accessibility for neurodiverse clients, thank you!)
A fire alarm was going off as I arrived so I didn't get to enjoy the very pretty-looking waiting area very much, unfortunately.
