1. No mask or face shield worn by the beautician. As i’m having my facial, I feel very expose.
2. They do not have an alcohol hand sanitizer. Only anti bacterial was provided
3. The facial was poor as the 1st machine use had hurt my face and lips 7-8 times. On a few occurrence there we no gel left on the face. It is not the heat but like a static/ shock feeling.
4. Same thing happened on the 2nd machine about 3 times. I’m not new to RF or HIFU machine so this isn’t normal and quite dangerous.

Jasmine is great! Make me feel very comfortable and help me understand the treatment by explaining every step. Treatment seems that is working - I am on my 3 session out of 6 and can see a difference around my knee area.

Great place and atmosphere. There are still renovations going on and it looks fab. You can tell the staff are highly skilled at what they do and take pride in their work and also are very friendly, I felt like I was with a friend i have known for years. Definitely my new spot.
