Was so sceptical but not anymore. I have a space between my inner tights now due to fat freezing and I never had that in my life, I have exercised at the same time and tried to follow the after care advices but to be really honest I wasn't following them too strictly. The procedure was quite uncomfortable to start but after 5 min I fell asleep!!! The room was so comfortable and relaxing. The overall experience was so good and I personally feel much safer with this method rather than injections.
