Have seen a big difference on my stomach after my cryo session. I did 2 handles on my upper and lower stomach. Fast result and not as painful as I thought, only the initial 'shock' I guess.

LOVED my hot stone massage, it was fabulous! Also enjoyed the salt scrub in the end of the massage, perfect add on. Booked a spa package for my mum and myself in August. Can't wait.
