My treatment time was moved earlier without anyone checking whether that actually worked for me—I was simply sent a generic Treatwell email, which I obviously missed. As a result, my treatment was cut short to 30 minutes instead of the full hour I paid for. No alternative solution was offered, and the front desk staff was incredibly rude.
