The staff were all so lovely&accomodating, the venue was beautiful but unfortunately I went in for a Brazilian wax&there were so many factors about it that was less than satisfactory. The wax was not set before it was pulled off-at one point a wet cloth was being pat on it. No strip of hair for the Brazilian was left but in areas where all the hair should have been removed there was alot of hair remaining. I had a clump of wax still attached to inner areas. I had to shave after this. Poor job.

Lena is super knowledgeable and tentative. I arrived with really bad breakouts from work / stress and my skin just felt tired and puffy - after the treatment my skin was glowing as I left but over the week it’s only been getting so much better!! Skin and Lounge Spa really is a real hidden gem.
