Spa is lovely staff are friendly. I booked in for a 30 minute shoulder, back and neck massage with a 15 minute scalp massage add on. Unfortunately the massage didn’t even last 30 minutes and I did not receive the 15 minute scalp massage which I had paid £15 extra for. Not sure what the reasoning was but was disappointed when I left the building and realised it had only just been 30 minutes so nowhere near the 45 minutes I paid for. Wouldn’t recommend paying for the extras as you don’t get them.
