Amazing experience at the Skin Spa Lounge. It is beautiful inside. Spot of bliss in Central London. Saba was lovely and make me feel very comfortablethe whole way through!

Spa is lovely staff are friendly. I booked in for a 30 minute shoulder, back and neck massage with a 15 minute scalp massage add on. Unfortunately the massage didn’t even last 30 minutes and I did not receive the 15 minute scalp massage which I had paid £15 extra for. Not sure what the reasoning was but was disappointed when I left the building and realised it had only just been 30 minutes so nowhere near the 45 minutes I paid for. Wouldn’t recommend paying for the extras as you don’t get them.
