I arrived on time and was told the masseuse was running late, which was completely fine. I started at 5.20, 20 minutes later than planned. At 5.45, I was told that my treatment was up that I should book again as my back was tense. I politely said my appointment had started late and that I had paid for 45 minutes. She refuted at first and then admitted this was true and agreed to do the full session. It just felt very awkward. At the end, I was offered a complementary innocent smoothie…not again!
