Absolutely brilliant customer service, the massages are always really good- the staff work so hard. Lovely environment too. No complaints whatsoever, have been a few times and will keep coming and recommending!

Such a great break from the city life business, I took the relaxation massage, my therapist was so nice and professional. I didn’t need to say anything she knew exactly what to do! Highly recommended 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

My experience at the the skin lounge spa is always so good, from the warm, friendly welcome with delicious tea to the relaxing massage. The therapists are some of the best I've ever had.

Appointment ran late but time wasn’t made up so I didn’t get 30 mins, pressure too light for a neck and back massage, after asking 3 times for more pressure I stopped asking as it became awkward. It wasn’t great and I wouldn’t go back
