I used to go here for my waxing but lately I have noticed a decline with services.
The last appointment I made was for a bikini wax (the day before my holiday!) and once I got there 10 minutes early and waited, I was told the machine had broken and my appointment was cancelled.
The room has changed as well, its now small and claustrophobic with very little air con.
Such a shame as this was a really good wax.

I felt the massage was a little too invasive. It made me uncomfortable to have inner thighs, etc, massaged. The masseuse’s long nails were poking into me. I felt too naked/exposed already, and someone opened the door to the treatment room mid-massage.

Very nice people, nice premises and the room was nice with nice heated towels. But the area outside the treatment room was very noisy, which you could hear so couldn't relax. Also, though she was really nice, checked in a lot and did good (hard) pressure as requested, the technique overall wasn't great. She ended up putting a lot of pressure on dips in my body (the centre of my back/spine, inside of elbows and knees) and not as much on muscles.
