The message therapist kept going on her phone for long stretches of time (and therefore half-heartedly massaging with one hand). I gave her a the benefit of the doubt for the first ten minutes, but the second time I looked up and caught her watching a video I asked her if she could please stop using her phone. She did the rest of the massage properly but wasn't even particularly apologetic. Not only did I not get the service I paid for until I complained, but it impacted any potential relaxation
