I found the deep cleansing facial with back massage so awful that I left without the brow treatment that I'd prepaid.
The massage was the same handful of strokes repeated over and over (and asymmetrically). The facial lacked care, eg product rubbed over the corner of my mouth, high frequency wand (a cheap portable device that sells on amazon for £37!) applied over my eyes. Simple treatment required a very long questionnaire. So disappointing.
