This was my 4th lymphatic massage and it’s always amazing! Bernadette is the best, very kind, professional and knowledgeable. After her treatment my legs feel rejuvenated, light and the water retention gets much better. I also did the eyebrows tint with Lidia who was excellent! Finally, if you find Lex at the spa reception to welcome you, it’s your lucky day!

The message therapist kept going on her phone for long stretches of time (and therefore half-heartedly massaging with one hand). I gave her a the benefit of the doubt for the first ten minutes, but the second time I looked up and caught her watching a video I asked her if she could please stop using her phone. She did the rest of the massage properly but wasn't even particularly apologetic. Not only did I not get the service I paid for until I complained, but it impacted any potential relaxation
