Bernadette’s facials are amazing - I always come out with much fresher and cleaner feeling skin. The results last for ages and my skin is left feeling glowing (I’ve even been asked if I have been on holiday!). Bernadetta is so thoughtful and tailors the whole process to you, walking you through everything as she goes. I Cannot recommend enough!

I found the deep cleansing facial with back massage so awful that I left without the brow treatment that I'd prepaid.
The massage was the same handful of strokes repeated over and over (and asymmetrically). The facial lacked care, eg product rubbed over the corner of my mouth, high frequency wand (a cheap portable device that sells on amazon for £37!) applied over my eyes. Simple treatment required a very long questionnaire. So disappointing.
